Argify Terms of Service

Welcome to Argify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Argify website, applications, and related services. These Terms are between you and DM Fox Digital LLC, doing business as Argify (“Argify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account or using Argify, you agree to these Terms.
Your use of Argify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
These Terms should be reviewed with qualified legal counsel before publication or production launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Argify.
Your Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- Maintaining accurate account information
- All activity occurring under your account
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break any laws while using Argify
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious software
- Reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law
- Interfere with other users
- Use Argify to commit fraud
- Abuse, overload, disrupt, or harm the service
- Use another person’s account or financial information without authorization
Financial Information
Argify provides budgeting, reporting, and financial organization tools.
Argify is not:
- A bank
- A financial advisor
- A broker
- An investment advisor
- A tax advisor
- A credit counseling service
Nothing within Argify should be interpreted as professional financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice. Always consult qualified professionals when making significant financial decisions.
No Real-Time or Emergency Reliance
Argify should not be used as the sole source for determining available funds, avoiding overdrafts, making payment decisions, meeting financial obligations, or taking any time-sensitive financial action.
Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, duplicated, miscategorized, or inaccurate. Always verify critical information directly with your financial institution.
Connected Financial Accounts
If you connect a financial institution, you authorize Argify and its service providers, including Plaid, to access, process, and store information made available by that institution to provide Argify’s account tracking, balance, transaction import, budgeting, reporting, and related features.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect any financial account you link to Argify.
You may disconnect a financial institution at any time. Disconnecting an institution stops future access through that connection, but previously imported data may remain in Argify unless deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
Financial information depends upon:
- Data received from financial institutions
- Third-party providers
- User-entered information
- Categorization, matching, and processing rules
We cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, or available at all times.
User Data
You retain ownership of the information you submit to Argify.
You grant Argify a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that information as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Account deletion, data deletion, and data retention are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third-party providers, including financial connectivity providers, financial institutions, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, and security providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Argify is not responsible for third-party services, financial institutions, app stores, payment processors, connectivity providers, outages, inaccuracies, interruptions, or decisions made by those third parties.
Subscription Services
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be presented before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel future renewals, but fees already paid may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or loss of paid features.
Trials and Promotions
Argify may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional offers. Trial length, renewal price, billing frequency, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed before charging you.
Promotional terms may be changed or discontinued unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Beta and Pre-Release Features
Argify may offer beta, test, experimental, or pre-release features. These features may change, break, produce inaccurate results, or be discontinued at any time.
Beta and pre-release features are provided for testing and feedback and may be subject to additional limitations.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant Argify the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
Intellectual Property
Argify and its content, software, branding, graphics, design, documentation, and features are owned by Argify or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on Argify except as expressly allowed by us or by applicable law.
Availability and Changes
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service where necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or business reasons.
Termination
You may stop using Argify at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal exposure, pose security risks, abuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or otherwise harm Argify, other users, or third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Argify is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argify and DM Fox Digital LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Argify during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Argify, DM Fox Digital LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person’s rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When material changes occur, we will update the Effective Date and notify users when appropriate. Continued use of Argify after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
