If you connect your financial institutions through a third-party provider such as Plaid, we may receive financial information depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant. This may include:

- Institution information
- Other financial data made available through your connection
We never receive your online banking password. Financial account connections are managed by trusted third-party providers using secure authentication.
Consent to Financial Data Access
When you connect a financial institution through Plaid or another connectivity provider, you authorize Argify to access, process, and store the financial data made available through that connection for the purpose of providing Argify’s budgeting, account tracking, transaction import, balance tracking, and related features.
You may disconnect a financial institution at any time. When you disconnect an institution, Argify will stop future access to that institution through Plaid, subject to any data retention described in this policy.
Payment Information
If you purchase a paid subscription, payment information is processed by our payment processor, such as Stripe. Argify does not store full credit card numbers. We may store subscription status, billing plan, payment processor customer identifiers, invoices, and related billing metadata.
Support Information
If you contact support, we may collect the contents of your messages, attachments you provide, related account information, and internal notes needed to respond to your request.
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device information
- Operating system
- Pages visited
- Time spent using the service

When you request account deletion, Argify will attempt to disconnect active financial institution connections, delete or anonymize account data, and remove personal identifiers where no longer needed. Some limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your financial account data for third-party targeted advertising.
We may share information only:
- With service providers that help operate Argify
